TULSA, Okla. – Coming off one of their best performances of the season, the Oral Roberts women's basketball team remains on the home floor as they host North Dakota Saturday at 2 p.m. inside the Mabee Center.

• In Thursday's 75-53 win over North Dakota State, the Golden Eagles were stout defensively as they held the Bison to season-lows in field goal percentage (28.4) and three-point percentage (10.0).

• Preseason All-Summit League First Team selection Tirzah Moore led the charge for the Golden Eagles as the sophomore poured in a career-high 30 points on 13-of-16 shooting to go along with 15 rebounds and four blocks.

• Entering the weekend, the sophomore leads the Summit League in double-doubles (9), field goal percentage (61.4), defensive rebounds per game (7.6) and rebounds per game (11.1). Nationally, Moore ranks 11th in rebounds per game, 12th in
defensive rebounds per game and 20th in double-doubles.

• For the 14th straight game, Hannah Cooper reached double-figures as the senior totaled 16 against the Bison. The senior heads into the weekend ranked inside the top 3 of 12 different Summit League statistical categories and tops the conference in assists (82), free throws made (108), free throw attempts (130), minutes per game (36.2), total points (380), steals (41) and steals per game (2.2).

• At the national level, Cooper sits seventh in free throws made, ninth in free throw attempts, 11th in total points, 20th in points per game (20.0), 21st in minutes per game, and 23rd in field goals made. The El Paso, Texas, native's scoring increase of 13.5 points per game ranks third nationally.

• The Golden Eagles rank in the top 40 nationally in scoring offense, averaging 75.2 points per game.

• ORU faced a difficult non-conference slate that featured three 2022 NCAA Tournament qualifiers, four Power 5 opponents and seven road contests. 

• The Golden Eagles are led by head coach Kelsi Musick, who enters her first season at the helm. Musick and her staff returned six players from last season's squad and welcomed eight newcomers, three freshmen and five transfers, in the offseason.

• In her 14th season as a head coach, Musick holds a 266-137 career record.

• In the Summit League Preseason Coaches' Poll, the Golden Eagles were selected to finish third.


Inside the Matchup
• Saturday's matchup marks the 10th meeting all-time between ORU and UND.

• The Golden Eagles lead the all-time series, 7-2, and have won back-to-back meetings against the Fighting Hawks. Inside the Mabee Center, ORU is 4-1 all-time against UND.

• Preseason All-Summit League First Team selection Kacie Borowicz leads the Fighting Hawks in scoring at 21.1 points per game, which ranks first among the conference. The senior also averages a team-best 4.2 assists per game.

• In the Summit League Preseason Coaches' Poll, UND was picked to finish fourth.
