TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts women's basketball team returns to the road as they travel to face Denver in Summit League action Thursday night inside Hamilton Gymnasium. Tip-off is slated for 7 p.m. CST.

• The Golden Eagles enter Thursday's matchup above .500 in Summit League play for the first time this season after picking up back-to-back wins over North Dakota State and North Dakota last week.

• Tirzah Moore, the reigning Summit League Peak Performer of the Week, led the charge for the Golden Eagles as the sophomore averaged 25.0 points and 13.5 rebounds per game in the two wins.

• The Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, native enters Thursday's matchup atop the Summit League in double-doubles (10), field goal percentage (63.2), defensive rebounds per game (7.8) and rebounds per game (11.2). Nationally, Moore ranks seventh in field goal percentage, ninth in rebounds per game, 10th in defensive rebounds per game and 17th in double-doubles.

• Senior Hannah Cooper continues to be one of the top players in the league as she ranks inside the top 3 in 12 different statistical categories and tops the conference in free throws made (112), free throw attempts (136), minutes per game (36.1), steals (44) and steals per game (2.2).

• Nationally, Cooper sits eighth in free throws made, ninth in free throw attempts, 12th in total points, 21st in points per game (19.7), 27th in minutes per game and 27th in field goals made (134). The El Paso, Texas, native's scoring increase of 13.2 points per game ranks third nationally.

• Sharpshooter Delaney Nix currently leads the Summit League and ranks 32nd nationally in three-pointers made with 51. The senior also tops the league in three-point percentage at 35.2.

• The Golden Eagles' high-powered offense ranks among the nation's best as they sit 34th in the country, averaging 76.2 points per game.

• ORU faced a difficult non-conference slate that featured three 2022 NCAA Tournament qualifiers, four Power 5 opponents and seven road contests. 

• The Golden Eagles are led by head coach Kelsi Musick, who enters her first season at the helm. Musick and her staff returned six players from last season's squad and welcomed eight newcomers, three freshmen and five transfers, in the offseason.

• In her 14th season as a head coach, Musick holds a 267-137 career record.

• In the Summit League Preseason Coaches' Poll, the Golden Eagles were selected to finish third.

Inside the Matchup
• Thursday's contest marks the 19th meeting all-time and second this season between ORU and Denver.

• The Golden Eagles claimed the first meeting this season between the two squads on New Year's Eve, 88-70, inside the Mabee Center. Four ORU players reached double-figures in the win led by Ariel Walker's career-high tying 23 points.

• On the road, the Golden Eagles have won two straight against the Pioneers and are 4-5 all-time.

• Denver enters Thursday's matchup with a 7-13 record and has lost five straight.

• Emma Smith (12.0) and Ally Haar (10.3) lead the offensive attack for the Pioneers.
