TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts volleyball team returns home to the Mabee Center for a pair of Summit League matches as they face off against South Dakota on Thursday at 7 p.m. followed by Kansas City on Saturday at 1 p.m.
Both contests are free of admission and will be streamed on the
Summit League Network. Both matches will also be available locally on KGEB-TV 53 Tulsa/Cox Cable channel 23.

• Thursday's match is Dig Pink Night at the Mabee Center. Fans are encouraged to wear pink to the game.
• Saturday's contest against Kansas City is Youth Sports Day. Directly following the match, fans are encouraged to stick around as the Golden Eagles will be signing autographs on the court.

Opening Serve
• Outside hitter
Trinity Freeman continues to pace the Golden Eagle offensive attack as the junior has led the team in kills in 15 of the last 16 matches. On the year, Freeman leads ORU with 253 kills and 282.5 points. Among the Summit League, the junior ranks first in kills per set (3.56) and third in points per set (3.98). At the national level, Freeman sits 12th in attacks per set (11.55).
• Freshman
Alaina Larson has made a big impact on the backrow for the Golden Eagles as the defensive specialist leads the League in service aces per set at (0.48). Nationally, Larson ranks 34th in aces per set.
• Libero
Breanna Rivas has logged double-digit dig performances in her last three contests and ranks fourth among the Summit League in digs per set (3.68).
• Middle blocker
Kedron Burk has registered three or more blocks in four of the last five contests and leads ORU with 47.0 on the season.
• Setter
Kalena Vaivai leads the Golden Eagles with 550 assists on the year and ranks fifth in the League in assists per set (7.97).
• As a team, ORU leads the Summit League and ranks 24th nationally in attacks per set (37.08).
Inside the Matchup (South Dakota)
• Thursday's match marks the 22nd meeting all-time between the Golden Eagles and Coyotes.
• South Dakota enters the the week on a two-match win streak and holds a 12-8 record overall.
• In the Summit League Preseason Coaches Poll, the Coyotes were picked as the favorites.
Inside the Matchup (Kansas City)
• Saturday's contest marks the 58th meeting all-time and second this season between ORU and Kansas City.
• Despite dropping the first meeting this season against the Roos, the Golden Eagles lead the all-time series, 47-10, and have won three of the last five meetings.
• Kansas City enters the week with a 16-5 overall record and have won three of its last four contests.
