St. Thomas
TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts volleyball team resumes Summit League action with a road contest at South Dakota on Thursday at 6 p.m. before returning home to the Mabee Center on Sunday for Senior Day against St. Thomas at 1 p.m.
Sunday's Senior Day match is free of admission. Both contests will be streamed on the
Summit League Network, while Sunday's match will also be available locally on KGEB-TV 53 Tulsa/Cox Cable channel 23.

Opening Serve
• The Golden Eagles will honor three seniors on Sunday in
Chloe Salcedo,
Jaxie Wakley and
Kalena Vaivai.
• Outside hitter
Trinity Freeman continues to pace the Golden Eagle offensive attack as the junior has led the team in kills in 19 of the last 20 matches. On the year, Freeman ranks third among the Summit League in kills per set (3.52) and fifth in points per set (3.90). At the national level, the Phoenix, Arizona, native ranks 18th in attacks per set (11.40).
• Freshman
Alaina Larson has made a big impact on the backrow for the Golden Eagles as the defensive specialist leads the League in service aces per set (0.47). Nationally, Larson ranks 29th in aces per set.
• Libero
Breanna Rivas sits fifth in the Summit League in digs per set at 3.71 and leads ORU with 267 on the year. The junior has reached double-digit digs in four of her last five contests.
• Vaivai continues to orchestrate the Golden Eagle attack as the senior ranks fifth in the League in assists per set at 7.86. On the season, Vaivai has dished out 652 assists, which mark a career-high.
• As a team, ORU leads the League in attacks per set at 36.52.
Inside the Matchup (South Dakota)
• Thursday's match marks the 23rd meeting all-time and second this season between the Golden Eagles and Yotes.
• South Dakota claimed the first meeting this season between the two sides and has won 10 of the last 11 in the series.
• The Yotes have won back-to-back contests and hold a 15-9 record on the year.
Inside the Matchup (St. Thomas)
• Sunday's match marks the sixth meeting all-time between ORU and St. Thomas.
• The Golden Eagles won the first meeting this season between the two squads in four sets back on October 7 in St. Paul, Minnesota.
• With the victory, ORU improved to 5-0 all-time against the Tommies.
