TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts men's basketball team returns to the Mabee Center to protect its 16 game home winning streak Friday, November 10 to face Mid-America Christian for homecoming at 7 p.m.

ORU will honor the 2022-23 team by unveiling its Summit League Championship banner and NCAA Tournament banner. Fans can click HERE to purchase tickets.

• Issac McBride was named to the Preseason All-Summit League First Team and Kareem Thompson earned a spot on the Second Team as the Golden Eagles were picked second in the league's preseason poll, but did receive seven first place votes.

• The Golden Eagles received votes in the preseason Mid-Major Poll.

• ORU's 16 game home winning streak goes back to last season when the Golden Eagles went undefeated at home.

• In the season opener, Kareem Thompson scored 20 points as four Golden Eagles earned double-digit points. DeShang Weaver had a career high eight blocks.

• McBride averaged 11.8 ppg last season and Thompson averaged 9.8 ppg as ORU had the nation's third best offense last season.

Scouting the Opponent
• This will be the first ever meeting between ORU and MACU. The game will be an exhibition matchup for the Evangels.


• Eddie Smith is averaging 17 points per game, followed by Magok Manyang with 10.3 points per game.


• The Evangels are 2-1 on the season and were picked sixth in the Sooner Athletic Conference preseason poll.
