LUBBOCK, Texas – The Oral Roberts men's basketball team lost, 86-50, to Texas Tech Monday night in the United Supermarket Arena.

JoJo Moore scored a career-high 19 points in the 11th game of his young collegiate career. The Texas native scored all of his points in the second half, shooting 8-for-9 in the final 20 minutes of play. Moore's heroics, however, couldn't overcome Texas Tech's length and ability to score in the paint, as the Red Raiders dominated in the interior and earned the 86-50 victory on their home floor.

Oral Roberts Individuals: JoJo Moore 19 points, 8-10 FG, 4 rebounds.

Texas Tech Individuals: Frederiko Frederiko 23 points, 11-13 FG, 12 rebounds, 5 assists; Chance McMillian 20 points, 5 assists.

Key Team Stats

Texas Tech won the points in the paint battle 46-10 and outscored ORU 17-9 in second-chance points. Golden Eagles recorded seven assists on 18 made field goals, while the Red Raiders tallied 26 assists on 34 made field goals.

Turning Point
The Red Raiders utilized a 20-3 run between the 10:02 and 3:50 minute mark of the first half. Frederiko Frederiko and Chance McMillian each poured in six points during the run, as TTU hit 8-of-10 from the floor and 2-of-4 from three. Texas Tech's momentum, mixed with cold shooting by the Golden Eagles (1-8 FG), helped Tech increase its lead from three to 20 during that time span.
