TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts women's basketball team heads to the desert this week as they face-off against Northern Arizona. The Golden Eagles kick off the Summit League/Big Sky Challenge against the Lumberjacks on December 4^th at 12:00 p.m. (MT) / 1:00 p.m. (CT).

QUICK HITS

• The Golden Eagles earned their fifth win of the season against the Lindenwood last Monday, defeating the Lions 99-79. The Golden Eagles are off to their best start through their first six games (5-1) since 2011 and are 3-0 at home.
• Taleyah Jones and Emily Robinson led the Golden Eagles offensively against the Lions, racking up 21 points each. Jones tallied four rebounds and two assists while Robinson recorded seven rebounds and four assists.
• Against Lindenwood, Emily Robinson set a season and career-high in points (21) and season-highs in three pointers made (4), free throws made (3) and assists (7). Jalei Oglesby grabbed a season-high three steals, Meghan Weinrich made a career-high five free throws and Tyla Heard made a season-high two three point field goals. Makyra Tramble also tallied season and career-highs in assists (6) and steals (5).
• Jalei Oglesby garnered a spot on the NCAA women's basketball starting five for week three of 2024-25 action. Her 23 points, four rebounds and five assists against Arkansas on November 21^st helped her earn her spot in the lineup.
• Ruthie Udoumoh has been a paint presence this season, helping the Golden Eagles reach an average of 13.7 offensive rebounds per game (second in the Summit League) and 40.5 rebounds per game (first in the Summit League). ORU also has the second-best rebounding margin in the Summit League (+4.2).
• Individually, Udoumoh ranks first in the Summit League and is 10^th in the country in offensive rebounds per game, averaging 4.7. She also ranks first in the Summit League and 23^rd nationally in rebounds per game (10.3).
• As a team, ORU currently ranks first in the Summit League in scoring offense (82.0 ppg), scoring margin (10.5), field goal percentage (46%), turnover margin (5.5) and rebounds per game (40.5).
• The Golden Eagles have four starters (Udoumoh, Jones, Tramble, Robinson) and one bench player (Oglesby) averaging double-figures.

 
MILESTONE WATCH

• Taleyah Jones has 921 points (270 points at UT Arlington) throughout her three year playing career. 79 more points would put her above the 1,000 point mark.
• Ruthie Udoumoh has 888 points (49 points at Oklahoma State) over her five year playing career. 158 more points would make Udoumoh the 23^rd 1,000 point scorer in program history.
• Head Coach Kelsi Musick is three wins away from reaching the 300 career wins mark.

• Wednesday's matchup will be the first-ever meeting between the Golden Eagles and Lumberjacks.
• The Lions are led by Sophie Glancey who is averaging 17.9 points, 9.1 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.6 blocks per game.
