TULSA, Okla. – The ORU men's basketball program will spend the week of Thanksgiving in Fort Myers, Florida participating in GEICO Coconut Hoops. The Golden Eagles will play in the Tarpon Bay Division of GEICO Coconut Hoops, taking on Florida Gulf Coast, Kennesaw State and Rice.

• The Golden Eagles will head to Fort Myers, Florida to face off against FGCU, Kennesaw State and Rice in the Tarpon Bay Division of GEICO Coconut Hoops.

• The Golden Eagles grabbed 20 offensive rebounds against John Brown earlier this year, their first 20+ OREB game since facing Haskell on November 18th, 2021.
• ORU recorded 12 total blocks against Oklahoma State, falling just one short of tying its single-game record.
• Ofri Naveh has racked up 14 steals in six games and currently ranks 26^th in the country and second in the Summit League in steals.
• Connor Dow tallied seven blocks against Oklahoma State and currently ranks 29^th in the country and second in the Summit League in blocks, with 12.
• As a team, ORU ranks 50^th in the country in blocks per game and first in the Summit League, averaging 5.2.

Opponent Information: FGCU
• FGCU is currently on a two-game win streak, taking down Chattanooga, 91-73 and Samford, 77-62 last week.
• The Eagles' two losses came from No. 17 Illinois (113-70) and Georgia Southern (95-94).
• J.R. Konieczny is leading the Eagles in points per game and rebounds per game, averaging 17.2 ppg and 8.0 rpg.
• Head Coach Pat Chambers is 44-50 at FGCU and holds a 234-228 career record.
 
Opponent Information: Kennesaw State
• Kennesaw State is currently 3-1 on the season, with its lone loss coming against USF (108-89) last Sunday.
• The Owls are averaging 99.3 points per game, holding their opponents to just 67.3 points per game.
• Simeon Cottle is leading the Kennesaw State offense, averaging 17.5 ppg.
• Head Coach Anoitne Pettway is in his third season at the helm of the Owls and holds a 37-31 record at Kennesaw State.

• Rice holds a 2-4 record this season, falling to RV Oregon, 67-63 and #20 Tennessee, 91-66 earlier this month.
