TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts women's basketball team is set to take on Haskell for its annual N7 and Native American Appreciation game on Thursday, November 6 at 5 p.m.

Last Time Out

• The Golden Eagles opened the season with their annual Education Day game, defeating Friends 97-65, backed by over 6000 local students and educators.
• The win marks head coach Cophie Anderson's first at the helm.
• The win was fueled by a collegiate debut double-double from A'Maya Holton, tallying 26 points and 11 rebounds.
• Joining in the double-figures were Jalei Oglesby (19 pts), Kayten Donley (14 pts), and Anna. Trusty (11 pts).
• All 12 players saw action, with three newcomers starting and logging 20-plus minutes.

Last Season (2024-25)

• The Golden Eagles are coming off a historic season, posting a 24-9 overall record in 2024-25 and finishing second in the Summit League with a 12-4 conference mark.
• Their 20-win campaign included victories over Power Four opponents Arkansas and Missouri, as well as a selection to the WBIT.
• Cophie Anderson was named the 12th head coach of the ORU women's basketball program on March 31 after serving as associate head coach for three seasons.
• After earning Summit League First Team honors, Jalei Oglesby reached 1,000 career points in just two seasons at ORU, scoring 18 points against Missouri State in the first round of the WBIT.
• Oglesby became just the second player ever to win back-to-back Summit League Sixth Woman of the Year honors.
• The Golden Eagles led the Summit League and ranked eighth nationally in scoring offense (82.9 ppg).

 
 
Opponent Information: Haskell

• Thursday's game will be the second all-time meeting between the Golden Eagles and Haskell, with ORU winning 124-47 last season.
• Currently 3-1 on the season, Haskell recently defeated the University of Health Science and Pharmacy in St. Louis 93-79 on October 31. Ona Dauphinais led the team in scoring, recording 29 points while shooting 10-of-15 from the floor and 9-of-12 from behind the arc.
• Joining in the double-figure scoring were Angela Astorga (12), Ivy Fox (11), and Alana Stephens (11).
• Adam Storm is in his fourth season as head coach of Haskell, building a 40-47 record.
