TULSA, Okla. – The ORU women's golf program and Director of Golf
Lance Watson have released their 2026 spring schedule, as announced on Monday evening.
"We have put together a great schedule for the women's golf program this year. Getting to play the courses and the fields we get to play in will help us get ready for postseason play," Watson said. "We'll play on desert courses a few times this spring, which should help us adapt to the course conditions at Longbow GC for the Summit League Championship."
The Golden Eagles will participate in five different tournaments before seeking out their 16
th Summit League Championship in Mesa, Arizona, at Longbow Golf Club from April 26-28.
ORU will begin its season in The Woodlands, Texas, at the Texas Golf Throwdown, hosted by Sam Houston State at The Woodlands CC from February 16-17.
Next up, the Golden Eagles will participate in the Daniel Island Invitational in Daniel Island, S.C., from March 2-3 hosted by College of Charleston at the Daniel Island Club.
March 16-17, ORU will play in the Spring Jackrabbit Invitational hosted by South Dakota State at Boulder Creek GC in Boulder Creek, Nevada.
The following week, the Golden Eagles will travel to Raleigh, North Carolina, for the City of Oaks Collegiate at Lonnie Poole GC hosted by NC State from March 23-24.
To conclude the regular season, ORU will head to Maricopa, Arizona, from April 7-8 for the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic at Ak-Chin Southern Dunes, hosted by the University of Wyoming.
The Summit League Women's Golf Championship will take place from April 26-28 in Mesa, Arizona, at Longbow Golf Club as the Golden Eagles will look to claim their first Summit League title since 2012.
