OGDEN, Utah. – The Golden Eagles fell to the Weber State Wildcats, 92-66 to begin their Big Sky-Summit Challenge campaign.
 
The Golden Eagles had two players finish in double figures, led by Ty Harper, who had 18 points and Connor Dow who tallied 16.
 
ORU couldn't find a groove offensively in the first half, falling behind 43-23 heading into halftime. Weber State continued to widen its lead after the break, leading 54-29 before the Golden Eagles went on an 8-0 run, finished off by a Dow three, to shrink the deficit to 54-37 with 15:09 to play. Weber State responded and outscored the Golden Eagles the rest of the way.
