TULSA, Okla. – The ORU women's tennis team was swept by the Denver Pioneers to begin the final stretch of their season.

In doubles play, the pairs of Wise/Sorokina and Franzin/Cervantes each fell 6-1 to Pioneer duos. The match of Beltran/Lambert vs. Grammatikaki/Morini was ruled unfinished.

In singles play, Arina Sorokina took Andrea Beltran to a 10-point tiebreaker but fell 4-6, 7-5 [6-10]. On court five, Ava Goodell took Hana Novak to a tiebreaker in set one but ultimately lost 6-7 (4-7), 3-6.

Up Next: ORU will host St. Thomas and Omaha on Friday, April 11^th and Sunday, April 13^th for senior day.
