Posted three runs scored and drew five walks on the year for a .275 on-base percentage ... Recorded a career-high seven putouts in his first collegiate start at first base at Baylor Feb. 23.

Started in 32 of 37 games he played in...McMurray recorded a batting average of .274 in 113 at-bats with 31 hits, 23 runs and 15 rbi...Hit his first career homerun as a Golden Eagle in a pinch hit situation on April 12 against Omaha...On May 18 at Omaha he scored a season best four runs, while recording three walks and two hits.

Won an Oklahoma state championship in 2018 playing at Bishop Kelley High School for Head Coach Brian Begnel ... Selected to the Oklahoma All-State First Team in his senior year after totaling a .432 batting average ... Earned a spot on the All-District First Team, VYPE Top 100 and was named to the All-Tulsa World Second Team at second base in 2018 following Honorable Mention honors in 2017 ... Tallied three triples, 13 doubles and 18 RBI in his final prep season with the Comets ... Recorded a .407 batting average as a middle infielder in his junior campaign.
