Oral Roberts University

Joe Costanzo joined the Oral Roberts University baseball staff in January 2025 as the Director of Baseball Operations. In the fall of 2025, he transitioned into the role of Director of Player Development.
 
Before his time at Oral Roberts, Costanzo served as an assistant coach at Johnson County Community College from 2023 to 2024. While at Johnson County, he was responsible for coaching infielders, assisting with the hitters, and contributing to the recruiting efforts. Costanzo also spent the summers of 2023 and 2024 coaching high school teams with Building Champions Baseball Academy. During his time with Building Champions, he was also a hitting and infielding instructor at the academy. 
 
Costanzo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology from McKendree University, where he was a four-year starter on the baseball team. He went on to earn a Certificate in Public Health from Saint Louis University, while he also played for the Billikens baseball program.
