Spent two seasons at Central Arizona College under the direction of Head Coach Anthony Gilich ... Helped the Vaqueros to an ACCAC tournament championship in 2017 on his way to NJCAA First-Team All-America honors ... Also named to the NJCAA All-Region First Team and was an ACCAC All-Conference selection as a sophomore posting an 11-2 record on the mound in 21 total appearances ... Finished 2017 with a 1.79 earned run average and 119 strikeouts in 100.2 innings of work with only 24 walks, while adding three saves and five complete games ... Closed his first collegiate season with a 5.74 ERA in 2016 with a 4-3 record in 16 appearances ... Struck out 44 batters as a freshman at CAC in 42.1 innings pitched ... Prepped at Bonney Lake High School setting a school record with a 0.77 ERA and 88 strikeouts in 54 innings pitched as a senior for Head Coach Mike Olson ... Selected as a first-team all-state pitcher and also a first-team all-state designated hitter for the Panthers in 2015 hitting .337 with 10 extra-base hits and 31 RBI.
