Spent last season at Sacramento City CC... helped team capture the Big 8 title... made nine appearances with 23 strikeouts in 16.1 innings pitched... played at the University of Nevada-Reno in 2007... appeared in four games and tallied six strikeouts.

Graduated from Ponderosa High School in Shingle Springs, Calif., in 2006... led the Sierra Valley Conference in strikeouts his senior season... a two-time all-league selection.
