Isaac Green is entering his first season as the Assistant Coach/Chief of Staff for the Oral Roberts men's basketball team. Head coach Kory Barnett brought Isaac Green on staff on April 10, 2025.

Green recently completed his fourth season with the Indiana University men's basketball program, serving as the team's Video & Player Development Analyst for the past two years following two seasons as a Graduate Manager under head coach Mike Woodson.

During his time in Bloomington, Green was involved in all aspects of the program's daily operations — including scouting, game planning, player development, and building out the team's video infrastructure.

While on staff at Indiana, Green helped guide the Hoosiers to back-to-back 19-win seasons and consecutive 10-10 finishes in Big Ten play. IU earned two NCAA Tournament berths, including a No. 4 seed in the 2023 NCAA Tournament, and achieved multiple top-25 national ranking during his tenure. The Hoosiers finished top 3 in the Big Ten in effective field goal percentage defense, showcasing a commitment to elite defensive performance. Green played a role in the development of 2023 Big Ten Freshman of the Year and 17th overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft - Jalen Hood-Schifino. 15th overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft, Kel’el Ware, and Trayce Jackson-Davis, a consensus NCAA First Team All-American, Naismith Player of the Year runner-up, and second-round NBA Draft pick who went on to sign a multi-year contract with the Golden State Warriors.

Before Indiana, Green coached six seasons with the PSA Cardinals 17U team on the Nike EYBL circuit under program director Terrance "Munch" Williams, helping develop six eventual first-round NBA Draft picks. He also spent three summers working with Black Ops Basketball alongside noted skills trainer Chris Brickley, where he helped craft development programs for over 35 NBA players.
