Put together an outstanding freshman campaign as one of four Golden Eagles (Malone, Saunders, Smith) to play in all 32 games … entered the starting lineup at Oakland and stayed there for the rest of the year making 25 total starts … averaged 9.8 points and 2.7 rebounds per game, with 26 blocks to lead ORU … shot 43 percent (108-250) from the field, 42 percent (77-183) from 3-point range and 79 percent (19-24) from the free throw line … averaged 11.5 points and 2.9 rebounds per game in Summit League play … after one season, ranks third in ORU history in career 3-point percentage at 42.1 percent (77-183) … scored a season high 24 points against South Dakota (1/17) and hit a season best seven 3-pointers in The Summit League opener at Omaha (12/30) … had three different games with three blocks and blocked at least one shot in a team-best 18 games … led ORU in scoring twice with 15 double digit scoring games, and three 20 point games … made at least one 3-pointer in a team high 27 games this season.
