Duncan White is entering his 5th year at ORU and currently serves as the Assistant A.D. of Athletic Communications, Creative and Branding. In his role, Duncan oversees; Athletic Communications, branding, social media, graphic design and photography. In his role he works closely with Collegiate Licensing Company, Nike, INFCLR and BrandR to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

He joined the ORU Athletic Communications department in the summer of 2020 as the Director of Creative Content. Since joining, ORU Athletics has seen a tremendous spike in engagement across all social media platforms. While with ORU, he has been instrumental in ORU Athletics’ social media growth of 210+ percent across all accounts including a 669+ percent growth on Instagram alone.

Duncan was a key part in sharing the story of ORU Men’s Basketball’s historic run in the Sweet 16 and ORU Baseball’s incredible journey to the College World Series. Duncan also led the way bringing all intro video production in house and later receiving a Best in the Nation award for his work in 2022 (CoSIDA). His work to help improve the ORU brand and extend its reach to both fans and potential student-athletes has allowed for continued growth for years to come.

He has provided unique and innovative visual content for the Golden Eagles through graphic design and video production, while creating content for social media, website and video boards with the main goal to enhance the ORU brand through its digital presence.

A native of Chicago, Illinois, White worked the 2019-20 season as a graduate assistant with the Golden Eagles men's basketball team aiding the program to its first winning season in five years. He assisted in logistics for all recruiting visits and assisted the day-to-day operations for practice and games. As an undergrad, he spent four years as a team manager. He also spent three years as a student assistant in the Athletic Communications office as a graphic designer providing help with all content. White earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from ORU in 2019 as well as a Master of Science in Sports & Leisure Administration at ORU in 2021. In June 2021, he married his beautiful wife Meredith.
