Played in 15 games in goal, logging 1343 minutes … posted a 1.27 goals-against average with 61 saves … owned a 4-6-2 record with four shutouts (UNLV, Houston Baptist, IPFW, Central Arkansas) … made 10 saves in a tie against UNLV … named Summit League Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 14 after combining for 16 saves against the Rebels and Houston Baptist.
2008 (Sophomore)
Logged 715 minutes, earning a 3-4-1 record and a 2.14 goals allowed average with 28 saves… competed in 11 games with six starts in goal… pitched a shutout in 110 minutes of play in a 0-0 tie at Eastern Illinois with a season-high six saves… earned first win of the season by blanking Belmont in 70 minutes of play in a 3-0 victory… secured second win of the season in ORU’s 3-2 comeback victory over Central Arkansas by logging 54 minutes in goal while also dishing out an assist.
2007 (Redshirt Freshman)
Named to the All-Summit League Second Team as well as the All-Newcomer Team... garnered Summit League Defensive Player of the Week honors twice... logged a total of 1,666 minutes while starting 17 of 18 contests for the Golden Eagles... ranked second in the Summit League with 77 saves... ranked fourth in the conference in goals against average (1.30) and save percentage (.762)... posted three shutouts on the season... recorded a career-high seven saves in a 3-1 victory over UMKC... Techanchuk's goals against average (1.30) and minutes played (1,666) rank third and eighth, respectively, for a single season at ORU.
