Morrison came to ORU as a graduate assistant and was elevated to Assistant Coach in May of 2025. Morrison is a former DS/L at Newberry College in Newberry, South Carolina, where she played three seasons for the Wolves. Appearing in 54 matches, Morrison tallied 380 career digs and 2.24 digs per set. She racked up 24 matches with 10+ digs and recorded 15+ digs five times.
During her senior year at Oreana High School, she earned a First Team All-Conference selection and an All-Area Honorable Mention. She also earned All-Conference Honorable Mention, Second Team All-County, All-Area Honorable Mention during her junior year. Throughout her club career she was awarded the 2021 AAU National Runner-up, 2021 JVA World Challenge Runner-up, 2021 Circle City Classic Champion, Illinois State Scholar and Presidential Education awards.
