BEAUMONT, Texas - The Oral Roberts men's tennis team fell to Lamar on Thursday by a score of 5-2 at the Lamar Tennis Facility in Beaumont, Texas.

The Golden Eagles triumphed at the top two doubles positions to take the early 1-0 advantage. Igor Sobolta and Mikhail Trukshanin posted an 8-6 victory over Denis Ermilov and Robert Lee, while Dario Beslic and Dmitry Suslov edged the Lamar duo of Marton Horvath and Dusan Savkovic by a score of 9-8.

Suslov scored the only Golden Eagle victory in singles play, posting a 6-4, 4-6, 1-0 win over Savkovic at the No. 3 position. ORU fell at the other five spots in singles sets.
