EVANSVILLE, Ind. - The Oral Roberts men's
soccer team played the back side of a weekend trip in Indiana on
Sunday, falling to a very good defensive squad in Evansville,
4-0.
The Golden Eagles (2-8, 1-1) return to the pitch on Saturday for
a conference showdown on the road with Kansas City at 7 p.m.
When all was said and done against the Purple Aces on Sunday,
the two squads combined for a total of 29 fouls, including five
yellow cards between the two teams.

opponents to take just over 19 shots a contest. However, despite
the four goals scored, the Golden Eagles only allowed 12 shots by
the Purple Aces, six of which were on goal.

Grashik got the start between the posts for the Golden Eagles,
picking up two saves on the way to his fifth loss of the
season.
Evansville's Faik Hajderovic scored the first two goals of the
afternoon for the Purple Aces in the 27th and
47th minutes, while teammate Mark Gonzalez tacked on the
final two goals in the 66th and 73rd
minute.
