KATY, Texas - The sixth seeded Oral Roberts University
men's basketball team will begin its road to a Southland Conference
Tournament championship with a game against No. 7 McNeese on
Wednesday evening at 7:30 p.m. inside the Merrell
Center.
Audio of Wednesday's game will be broadcast live in the
Tulsa area on 97.1 FM "The Sports Animal," and free online through
the ORU athletics website, www.ORUGoldenEagles.com.

The Cowboys of McNeese got the better of ORU in the only
meeting this year back on February 1 in Lake Charles. ORU held a 13
point lead with four minutes to go in the first half of that game
before being out-scored by 15 in the second half. Including that
loss, the all time series between the two teams is knotted at 3-3,
dating back to 1974.
