TULSA, Okla. - The Oral Roberts University men's
tennis team saw its win streak extend to four Friday knocking off
Arkansas-Fort Smith, 6-1 in non-conference action at the Shadow
Mountain Tennis Center.
The Golden Eagles jumped out to an early lead winning all three
doubles matches to take an early 1-0 advantage. The top of the ORU
lineup dominated UAFS with the only loss for the Golden Eagles
coming at No. 5 singles.

Capdequi improved to 3-0 on the season with a 6-0, 6-2 win at
No.2 singles.
- Jan
Pehnec and Alvaro
Santamaria also won their third straight match of the season
with Pehnec cruising at No. 3 singles, 6-0, 6-1. Santamaria won at
No. 4 singles 6-1, 7-6 and moved his singles record to 3-2 this
season.
- Ciaran Lavers and Amar
Saletovic earned a 6-3 win at No. 2 doubles to move their
record to 2-1 on the year.

- ORU improves to 4-2 on the season and has won four straight
matches including a 4-1 record at home.
- The Golden Eagles continue a tough opening stretch to the
schedule with February road matches at St. Louis and
SIU-Edwardsville before back-to-back home dates to close out the
month.
