The Short Story: The Oral Roberts men's tennis team was edged by former Southland Conference foe Incarnate Word Saturday afternoon falling 4-3.

The Golden Eagles fall to .500 on the season at 5-5, while Barnabas Koncz and Jan Pehnec won their second straight singles match with both leading the team with six singles wins.

Michael Sosnowski and Braxton Bates also picked up the lone doubles win for ORU before the Cardinals earned the first point of the match taking No. 1 and No. 2 doubles. The doubles win was also the second straight for Sosnowski and Bates as they improved to 2-2 as duo this season.

Up Next: The Golden Eagles close their February road swing Sunday as they take on UT-Arlington at 11 a.m.
