VERMILLION, S.D. – The Oral Roberts women's basketball team dropped game two of the weekend, 76-54, at South Dakota.

Keni Jo Lippe got the game started for the Golden Eagles with a triple for an early lead. As the opening quarter ended, South Dakota closed out on a 9-0 run. The Coyotes in the second went on a 15-0 run and then went up by as much as 30. The Yotes held a 46-19 halftime lead. The Golden Eagles were held to a 28 percent first half shooting average.
 
ORU trailed by as much as 40 in the game, but made a comeback in the fourth quarter. The Golden Eagles went on a 12-0 run over a five-plus minute span. After going down by 31 with two minutes left, ORU ended the game on a 9-0 run. The Golden Eagles out-scored South Dakota 23-7 in the fourth. ORU went 9-for-18 from the field and were led by Ariel Walker who went 2-for-2 from three-point range in the final quarter. Walker led the team with 14 points in the game. Lippe finished the game with her first double-double of the season with 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Oral Roberts: Ariel Walker scored 14 points and Keni Jo Lippe recorded a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
