TULSA, Okla. - The Oral Roberts men's tennis team dropped two matches, 6-1 and 4-0, Friday afternoon to Lamar at the Bernis Duke Tennis Center.
 
In the first dual of the day, Volodymyr Zakharov claimed victory at the No. 1 spot, 5-7, 6-2, 6-2, in three sets. Zakharov earned the lone point for the Golden Eagles in the first match. Marcello Moreira won set one in his matchup at No. 3 singles, 6-4, but fell in sets two and three.
 
Lamar won the second dual of the day, 4-0, after three unfinished matches in singles action. Zakharov and Albert Chudy grabbed a win at No. 1 in doubles play with a 6-3 victory.
 
Up Next: ORU will travel to Richardson, Texas, and take on UT Dallas Friday, March 5.
