TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts baseball team's offense was slowed down by No. 9 Oklahoma State in a midweek contest on Tuesday evening. J.L. Johnson Stadium was filled to a COVID capacity, giving the Golden Eagles their first sellout of the season.
Oklahoma State got on the board with a pair of runs in the top of the first inning, before adding a run in the fourth.
The Cowboys added two more runs in the eighth inning to add some insurance to their lead. The Golden Eagles had several scoring opportunities that they were unable to capitalize on, leaving 10 runners on base.
Isaac Coffey and
Ryan Cash combined for five of the Golden Eagles nine hits in the contest.

The Golden Eagles defense committed four errors on Tuesday evening, resulting in three unearned runs.
