KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Oral Roberts volleyball team fell in straight sets (12-25, 15-25, 16-25) to Summit League foe Kansas City Saturday afternoon inside the Swinney Center in Kansas City, Missouri.Â
Freshman Hannah Jackson put down a team-high tying seven kills on 14 swings with only two errors for a team-best .357 attack percentage. The Carrollton, Texas, native also logged two blocks in the match.
Outside hitter Trinity Freeman matched Jackson with seven kills in the contest. The junior has now topped the Golden Eagles in kills 13 times this season. Freeman also totaled two blocks and a service ace on the afternoon.
On the defensive side, libero Breanna Rivas scooped up 14 Kansas City attacks to lead ORU. At the net, Kedron Burk and Natassia Baptiste each totaled a team-best three blocks.
