TOPEKA, Kan. – The Oral Roberts track and field program earned 11 top-10 finishes at the Washburn Rust Buster as Abraham Chelengam set a new program record in the 3000 meter run.

News and Notes
- Chelengam had a day setting a new school record in the 3000 meter run posting a time of 8:10.95.
- Deborah Mazzei claimed ORU's second first-place finish of the day by winning the 800 meter run with a time of 2:15.05.
- Chelengam (1 mile run) and Kevin Jackson (60 meter dash) earned top-3 finishes for the Golden Eagles.
- ORU earned three top-10 finishes led by Chelengam's second place followed by Erik Flores Burciaga (5th) and Artwell Magake (9th).
- Olivia Granderson (400 meter dash) and Jayda Kelley (Triple Jump) were the other top-10 finishers on the women's side for ORU.
- The men's team finished in ninth place out of 20 schools in team rankings with 29 points.
- The women's team placed 12th out of 21 teams in the team rankings with 11 points.
