TULSA, Okla. – The Golden Eagles put on a clinic to clinch their fifth straight home win of the season, defeating the Oklahoma City Stars 99-55, on Friday night at the Mabee Center.

Jalei Oglesby was all over the court for ORU, scoring 29 points on 13-17 shooting, grabbing nine rebounds and securing three steals on the night.
Ruthie Udoumoh recorded her 32
nd career double-double and third on the season, recording 13 points and 10 boards. Freshman
Alayna Kraus also stood out offensively, racking up a freshman season-high 16 points on 5-8 shooting from the field.

The Golden Eagles set the tone from the jump, scoring sixteen straight points to pop the lid off this one. Six OCU turnovers in the final five minutes of the quarter allowed the Golden Eagles to stretch their lead to 28 (31-3) with just 46 seconds left. Udoumoh dominated in the first quarter tallying seven points and two blocks. After one, ORU held the Stars to 1-11 shooting while outrebounding them 19-2.
The second quarter was more of a fight for the Stars, scoring 15 points to ORU's 20.
Jalei Oglesby scored 10 of the 20 points in the quarter, sparking her career night. To close the half,

Alayna Kraus scored her first points of the game with 54 seconds left. Six OCU turnovers allowed the Golden Eagles to increase their lead further heading into the break.

The second half began like the first, on an ORU 11-0 run. Oglesby and Udoumoh traded two baskets a piece while
Emily Robinson drilled a three amid the scoring. In the final five minutes of play,
Annyka Hellendrung hit a pair of free throws and
Mary Carden made two layups to keep ORU's lead at 39 (75-36) heading into the final quarter.
The fourth quarter was all freshmen, scoring 17 of the Golden Eagles' 24 points.

Alayna Kraus kicked off the fourth trading buckets, scoring 14 straight points between the two of them.
Jalei Oglesby extended ORU's lead to 46 with 1:37 left to play as the Golden Eagles cruised to their fifth win at the Mabee Center this season, keeping their undefeated streak alive.
