STILLWATER, OKLA. – The Golden Eagle Cross Country program will send 11 athletes to compete in the Midwest Regional Championships in Stillwater, Oklahoma, on Friday morning.

The athletes competing for the men include Abraham Chelangam, Jarrett Ketchmark, Artwell Magake, Andrew Smithwick, and Cornerlius Kipkogei.  On the women's side, it is Madeline Cabana, Deborah Mazzei, Lillian Woolery, Baylee Rae Woodrich, Zoie Kiddy, and Hannah Claytor. 
 
Due to high temperatures expected on Friday, both start times for the men and women have been moved up.  The women's 6K will now start at 9 a.m. CST, and the men's 10K will start at 10 a.m. CST. 
 
Oral Roberts heads into the regional finishing the regular season ranked in the top 15 in the regional for the first time in program history.
