#ORUTF's Jordan Wenger Earns Summit League Peak Perfomer of the Week Honors

TULSA, OKLA. –North Dakota State, Oral Roberts, St. Thomas, and South Dakota were each represented among the season's third Summit League Indoor Track and Field Kwik Star Peak Performer of the Week accolades, League officials released Tuesday. NDSU's Kaleb Foltz and Oral Roberts' Jordan Wenger took home the honors on the men's side while St. Thomas' Olivia Keller and South Dakota's Marleen Mülla secured them on the women's side.

Wenger placed second in the high jump competition at the Owen Hewitt Invite with a personal-best leap of 7-1.75" (2.18m). His mark is tied for seventh nationally and set an Oral Roberts program record.  The Golden Eagle sophomore ranks first in the Summit League.  It is Wenger's second Peak Performer of the Week award this season.

  • Took first in the 800-meter by taking the tape in a personal-best indoor time of 1:50.74

  • Finished first in the 600-meter at the St. Thomas Indoor Invitational with a personal-best collegiate time of 1:31.51
  • Placed fourth in the high jump with a mark of 5-1.25" (1.56m)

  • Garnered her seventh career indoor weekly accolade.
  • Placed second in the pole vault with a leap of 13-11.25" (4.25m)
  • Ranks 15th in the NCAA and tied for 1st in the Summit League
