TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts men's basketball program and Head Coach Kory Barnett have announced the addition of transfer redshirt senior guard Blake Smith to the 2026-27 roster.
 
"Blake Smith is everything you want in a winning program — he's tough, unselfish, and has a high-level understanding of the game," said Coach Barnett. "His defensive versatility and feel allow him to impact both ends of the floor, and his experience brings a level of maturity you can't teach. He was part of Northwestern's first-ever back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances, and he's a high-character leader who elevates everyone around him."
 
From Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, Smith transfers to the Golden Eagles from Northwestern, where he spent the last four seasons.
 
His Dad, Larry, played basketball at North Carolina and was a teammate of former Tar Heels Head Coach Hubert Davis. His sister, Alexis, played soccer at Georgetown and his brother, Carter, is a Class of 2028 4-star basketball prospect.
