Snow combined for a28 kills as Oral Roberts University
breezed to a 3-0 (30-22, 30-18, 30-14) victory over Centenary in a
Mid-Continent Conference volleyball match Saturday at the Golde
Dome.
ORU (9-9, 2-1 Mid-Con)
evened its season record by winning its fourth consecutive match.
The Golden Eagles owned a blistering .365 kill percentage,
committing just 14 errors in three games.
Zuzic tallied a
match-high 16 kills and Snow followed behind with 12, as they were
the only players from either team to reach double-digit kills.
Brittany
Arnold added seven kills, 25 assists and six digs and
Maura Cicala
chipped in with 15 assists and five digs.
ORU's Becky Dreher, the nation's
leader in digs, had seven as Centenary (5-15, 0-3) managed only a
0.26 hitting percentage.
The Golden Eagles
return to action when they host Mid-Con foe UMKC, Friday October
8th at
7 p.m.
