Golden Eagles got things going when back-to-back kills by Zuzic and
Oliveira sparked an 11-2 run that gave ORU game one, 30-19.
The Golden Eagles led game two 8-7 before rattling off nine
straight points for a 17-7 advantage. The score was 19-10 when
consecutive kills by Oliveira led to an 8-0 run, giving ORU a 27-10
lead. The Golden Eagles went on to take game two 30-14.
Game three proved to be more of the same for ORU, as they led from
start to finish and cruised to a 30-19 win to sweep the match.
Setter Brittany Arnold (Tulsa, Okla.) finished the
night with a match-high 32 assists.
The Golden Eagles now travel to Springfield, Missouri, to take part
