TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts men's basketball team looks for its 20th win of the season Monday as the Golden Eagles travel to Loyola for the second round of the College Basketball Invitational.
A video broadcast of the game will be provided through ESPN3 and will be availble through the WatchESPN app. Geoff Haxton's radio call of the game can be heard at 97.1 FM in the Tulsa area.
Game Notes
- Former Midwestern Collegiate Conference rivals, Monday will be the 25th all-time meeting between ORU and Loyola. The Ramblers hold a 14-10 edge in the all-time series, but ORU has won the last four meetings after LU won five in a row and nine of the previous 10 contests.
- In the first round of the 2015 CBI, ORU topped UCSB 91-87, while Loyola beat Rider 62-59.
- A win Wednesday would be ORU's fourth postseason win since 2013. The Golden Eagles won two games in the 2013 CIT to get to 20 wins on the season. A win would also get ORU to the 20-win plateau for the third time in the last four years.
- A loss Wednesday would end ORU's season at 19-15.
