PITTSBURG, Kan. – The Oral Roberts track and field team broke a meet record in the men's 4x400 relay highlighting the 5th Annual Indoor Gorilla Classic inside the Robert W. Plaster Center Feb. 14-15.

Sasha Wells continued her dominance of the 60 meter hurdles winning both the preliminary round before a brilliant performance in the finals by matching her school-record time of 8.30 seconds.

News and Notes
-The 4x400 relay team of Devin Simon, Cameron Neely, Aaron Charlton and Brad Dormeus broke the meet record racing to a time of 3:10.33 besting the previous time of 3:10.44 set back in 2019 by Texas A&M-Commerce.

-In addition to her event title in the hurdles, Wells tallied two other fourth-place results coming in the 60 meter dash and 200 meter dash.

-The ORU men added a pair of top-five finishes in the 400 meter dash as Dormeus and Smith went third and fifth, respectively.
