TULSA, Okla. – After winning their weekend series against then eighth-ranked LSU, the Oral Roberts baseball team will return home to Tulsa to take on in-state rival Oklahoma State on Tuesday night. The game marks the first night contest of the season for ORU and the fourth consecutive game against a ranked opponent.

About the Opponent
- Oklahoma State had jumped out to a 9-0 start to their season before finishing their weekend with a 4-4 tie against Grand Canyon. The game was called following the ninth inning due to a travel curfew for the Lopes.
- The Cowboys are ranked as high as No. 9 in the USA Today Coaches Poll.
- Following the midweek contest with ORU, the Cowboys will host national powerhouse Vanderbilt in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
- OSU was picked to finish fourth in the Big 12 Preseason Coaches' Poll, behind Texas Tech, TCU, and Texas. Max Hewitt, Hueston Morrill, and Justin Campbell were named to the Preseason All-Big 12 Conference Baseball Teams.

- Tuesday's game against Oklahoma State is sold out to the general public. There are a limited number of tickets available to ORU faculty, staff, and students to reserve HERE. Reservations will open at 9:00 AM on Tuesday.
- The last time the Golden Eagles played four consecutive games against ranked opponents was from March 7-11, 2018, when the Golden Eagles played No. 22 Wichita State and No. 25 Dallas Baptist.
- ORU's Friday win over No. 8 LSU marked the program's first victory over a top-ten opponent since April 15, 2015 – A 15-5 win against No. 10 Oklahoma State.
- Evan Kowalski was named Summit League Pitcher of the Week following a dazzling seven inning relief appearance on Friday in which he allowed just two hits and zero runs.
- Adam Scoggins picked up his first win in a Golden Eagles uniform on Sunday afternoon, while Bradan Pierce added his first save.
- Caleb Denny drove in six runs in the Friday contest for ORU, becoming the first Golden Eagle to have five or more RBI in a game since Riley Keizor had seven on April 26, 2019.
- The Golden Eagles did not allow a home run to LSU throughout the three game series. Coming in to the series, LSU lead the nation with 21 home runs.
