FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Sasha Wells was the only athlete to complete a race for the Oral Roberts track and field team and reached the finals in two events at Friday's Arkansas Twilight meet.

Wells sprinted her way to fifth in the 100 meter hurdles and sixth in the 100 meter dash during the preliminary races before cooling temperatures and rain withheld the Golden Eagles from finishing the action.

-ORU was slated to see five other student-athletes in action, but were pulled from the races as conditions deteriorated through the evening.

-Wells continued to showcase her prowess on the track as one of the region's best sprinters running twice in a 20-minute span.
