VERMILLION, S.D. – The Oral Roberts track and field program concluded the Summit League Outdoor Championships on a historic note, led by
Abraham Chelangam, who was named Men's Track Championship MVP for the second consecutive year.
Chelangam's dominance included a distance triple crown, sweeping the 10,000m, 1500m, and 5000m — setting a new meet record in the 5000m. The Golden Eagle men finished 6th overall with 60 points, while the women placed 8th.

- Abraham Chelangam put on a distance-running clinic, winning:
- The 10,000 meters in 30:00.89.
- The 1500 meters in 3:47.51.
- The 5000 meters in 14:07.10, breaking his own meet record.
- His performance earned him Men's Track Championship MVP, marking back-to-back honors in 2024 and 2025.
- Jordan Wenger was crowned Summit League Champion in the High Jump, clearing 2.11m (6-11.00).
- In the Men's 100 Meter, Lukundo Kapambalala earned a second-place podium finish.
- In the Men's Long Jump, Woedem Vasmark-Voegborlo finished 8th (7.22m), with teammates Jordan Wenger (10th), Keithwood Stubbs (19th), and Anthony Smith (20th) also contributing.
- Keithwood Stubbs tied for 9th in High Jump at 2.01m, and Anthony Smith cleared 1.96m.
- Triton Chandler placed 11th in the Javelin Throw (42.66m).
- Men's 4x100m Relay team of Kapambalala, Ikutiminu, Hart, and Granderson placed 6th (41.52).
- Nicodemus Rotich took 9th in the 3000m Steeplechase (9:36.78).
- On the women's side, Kallista Frye, Jessica Okorie, Olivia Granderson, and Jaden Katsis ran 7th in the 4x100m Relay (48.99).
- Addison Lankford jumped 4.86m in the Women's Long Jump and 1.53m in the High Jump.
- Destiny Downing tied for 9th in Women's High Jump at 1.58m.
