TULSA, Okla. – Currently on a four-game skid, the Oral Roberts University looks to right the ship in a two-game series against the Chippewas of Central Michigan starting Tuesday evening. Tomorrow's game will feature Sports Management Appreciation night and tickets will be BOGO.Â

Inside the Series
• Tuesday's matchup will feature the first game between the two squads since March 21, 1999.
• The Golden Eagles lead the all-time series over CMU 3-2 and have won the past three games.
•  During their last series in 1999, ORU would outscore the Chippewas 34-17 across three games.
Quick Hits Â
• The Golden Eagles enter the matchup fresh off falling to Baylor this past weekend and being swept for the first time since March of 2023.
• Kyle Booker has been on a tear since after starting the first five games of his ORU career with a .125 batting average. The senior outfielder has quickly turned things around and is now batting .478 in his past six outings.
• Conner Floyd looks to continue his dominance at JL Johnson Stadium. The right-handed reliever has thrown 8.2 innings of scoreless relief dating back to last season.
• Look for Ryan Blackwell (7) to join Holden Breeze (11), Drew Stahl (10, and Booker (10) in the 10+ RBI club. The catcher dominated during his last night game at home, driving in five runs against SIUE.
Scouting the Opponent
• The Chippewas enter Tulsa on a six game losing streak after being swept by #20 Dallas Baptist and Oklahoma State.
• Keep an eye out for Danny Wustenfield, the first baseman has hit safely in 10 of CMU's 12 games this season and leads the Chippewas with a .340 batting average
• This will be the CMU's 13th and 14th game on the road this season as their as they open the 2024 campaign with 20-straight games before their home opener.
