Inside the Series
• The Golden Eagles lead the all-time series, 42-38.
• The Oral Roberts baseball team fell to the Cowboys in Stillwater for the first time since 2017 on April 2nd.
Trent Martin made his debut for ORU, fanning three batters in one inning of work. The Cowboys got off to a quick start thanks to a two-run opposite field homer to start the game and would not look back as they scored seven more unanswered runs to cruise to a 9-0 victory.
• ORU is seeking their first win against OSU at J.L Johnson Stadium since their 6-5 win on May 1, 2018.

Scouting the Opponent
• Oklahoma State picked up a 6-4 win over Kansas State in Sunday's series finale at Tointon Family Stadium. With the victory, the Cowboys improved to 26-14 and 11-7 in the Big 12, while K-State fell to 24-15 and 9-9 in the league. Lane Forsythe was 3-for-3 for the Cowboys, while Jaxson Crull and Colin Brueggemann both homered.
• A total of 23 newcomers joined the OSU program for the 2024 season. The Cowboys brought in 15 players from the high school ranks, while adding six Division I transfers and a pair of JUCO products.
• OSU returns six position starters, four of those All-Big 12 performers, from a year ago.
