STILLWATER, OKLA. – ORU Cross Country is back in action as they wrap up the regular season at the Weis-Crockett Invitational, hosted by Oklahoma State.

The Golden Eagles' men's program is coming off a fifth-place finish at the Chile Pepper Festival in Arkansas, with
Abraham Chelangam leading the way, finishing third individually. The women placed 13
th as a program, with their top finisher being
Ossly Murambidzi coming in 43
rd. Both races featured 31 schools.
The Golden Eagles and hosting, fifth-ranked, Oklahoma State are the lone teams competing in Friday's competition. Oral Roberts has consistently been in the top 15 in the Midwest according to the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association, most recently coming in at 15
th.
ORU will then look forward to the Summit League Championships on November 1
st, located in Omaha, Nebraska.
