TULSA, OKLA—The Oral Roberts baseball team struggled offensively as they dropped their mid-week game with No. Oklahoma by a final of 11-2.

Will Edmunson was one of two Golden Eagles to reach base twice recording an infield single and stolen base to go along with a run scored.

The Golden Eagles came out with an abundance of energy in the first inning scoring twice as Edmusnon reached on an infield single.  He was able to get to second on a stolen base, third on a wild pitch, and scored on a wild pitch to open the scoring.  Moments later after Makani Tanaka walked and advanced to third after a pair of wild pitches he scored on a double play off the bat of Jack Schark.

From then on, however, it was all Sooners as they scored in the top of the second to cut the lead in half and stranded the bases loaded.  In the third one more runs came across for Oklahoma.

The fourth opened up the ballgame for OU as they scored four more times in the fourth behind a two-run homer, and RBI double.

Oral Roberts struggled throughout at the plate at one point going 12 up, and 12 down before breaking that streak with back-to-back singles from Keaton Campbell and Matthew Brandt.
In the seventh Oklahoma did more of the same adding on four more off of two Golden Eagle errors.

OU plated one more in the eighth to take a nine-run lead while Oral Roberts got a one-out walk in the ninth but couldn't do anything with it as they fell 11-2 Tuesday night.
