TULSA, Okla. – Oral Roberts head baseball coach
Ryan Folmar has announced the addition of Parker Frazier to the staff ahead of the 2026 season. Frazier will serve as the Director of Player Development.
"We're fired up to welcome Parker Frazier to our baseball coaching staff," said Folmar. "His passion for the game, commitment to player development, and competitive edge make him a perfect fit for our program."
Frazier brings years of playing and coaching experience to ORU. A Tulsa native, he graduated from Bishop Kelley High School in 2007 before being selected by the Colorado Rockies in the eighth round of the MLB Amateur Draft. Frazier spent 12 years (2007-18) in professional baseball and began coaching at the high school and club levels in 2016.
"I'm extremely grateful for the opportunity to join the ORU staff," said Frazier. "I have known the staff for a long time, and I'm excited to work alongside a great group of men. I'm looking forward to contributing to the program and the pitching staff. I hope my experience and knowledge can help contribute to a successful year."
Prior to ORU, Frazier served as the head coach at Bishop Kelley High School, leading the program to its first district title in the 5A division. In 2023, the program won the regional championship and finished as state runners-up.
Before his time at Bishop Kelley, Frazier spent four seasons at Holland Hall. He led the Lions to their first state tournament appearance in his first season, and under his leadership, Holland Hall posted a program-best 36 wins in 2021 and captured the 3A state championship.
Frazier also served as the Director of Baseball Operations for Marucci Midwest of Oklahoma, overseeing and assisting with player placement for 23 teams.
Frazier graduated cum laude from DeVry University while playing professional baseball.
