Last Time Out:
The Golden Eagles are coming off a series win at Omaha. ORU shut out the Mavericks, 9-0, in game one before taking game two, 13-1.
 
Wailele Kane-Yates led the team with six hits in 14 at-bats, including a double and a home run, driving in five RBI. The Golden Eagles recorded nine doubles, two triples, and two home runs over the weekend. Cooper Combs, Will Edmunson, and Hudson Ellis each added two doubles, while Makani Tanaka and Kole Dudding recorded one triple apiece. Kane-Yates and Edmunson each hit a home run to score the first run in games one and three, respectively.
 
Easton Teel started the weekend with 7.0 shutout innings on Friday, allowing just three hits while striking out six. Maddox Thornton earned the save on Saturday after throwing 3.0 innings, allowing one hit with no runs while striking out two.

In a series dating back to 2007, the Golden Eagles hold a 13-4 record against Central Arkansas. The two last met earlier this season, with the Bears winning, 8-7.

Sophomore starter Easton Teel continues to make his mark nationally, as the right-hander's 2.64 career ERA ranks ninth in NCAA Division I, while his 1.81 walks per nine innings rank 14th.

ORU's defense ranks among the nation's best, as its .985 fielding percentage ranks fourth nationally. The Golden Eagles have also turned 23 double plays this season, the third-most in the league.

Central Arkansas enters the midweek matchup 18-18 overall with a 7-8 mark in ASUN play.
 
The Bears recently took a series, 2-1, at Lipscomb, defeating the Bisons, 12-6 and 10-5, before falling, 6-5, on Sunday.
 
UCA has a .253 team batting average with 301 hits on the season, including 49 doubles, 10 triples, and 36 home runs. Zeb Allen leads the team with 13 home runs, ranking 37th nationally and first in the ASUN.
