SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Oral Roberts University Redshirt Senior forward Brianna Castleberry was named the Summit League Offensive Peak Performer of the Week, the conference office announced Tuesday, after a two-goal week that helped keep the Golden Eagles unbeaten.


Castleberry found the net in back-to-back matches, scoring the game-winning goal in ORU's 1-0 victory over UC Riverside before adding another in the Golden Eagles' 4-0 win at Friends. She finished the week with two goals on six shots in just 108 minutes of action.


Castleberry's four goals on the season currently leads the League and has led ORU to their best start in program history. 


The honor is the first Summit League weekly award of the season for Castleberry and the Golden Eagles.


Up Next:
Castleberry and the Golden Eagles are on the road this Thursday (Aug. 27) at North Texas before returning home to host in-state rival Oklahoma on Sunday (Aug. 30). Both matches are scheduled to kickoff at 7 p.m.
