TULSA�€"Oral Roberts University standout pitcher Chris Ashman (Hemet, Calif.) has been named to the Collegiate Baseball Louisville Slugger All-America third team, the newspaper announced today.

Ashman, the Mid-Continent Conference Pitcher and co-Player of the Year, owns a 10-1 record with a 1.77 ERA as the Golden Eagles begin NCAA Regional play this weekend at the Fayetteville Regional.

Ashman ranks 10^th national in ERA, and leads the Mid-Con in wins and ERA. The right-hander is 7-0 with a 1.72 ERA since joining the starting rotation in late march.
